Good Decisions provides SMS text message alerts for home monitoring purposes. By opting in to Good Decisions SMS Alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from Good Decisions LLC at the mobile number you provided. These alerts notify you of important conditions in your home, including temperature drops below your specified range and power outage notifications.

By subscribing to Good Decisions SMS Alerts, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated informational and alert text messages from Good Decisions LLC. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time using the methods described below.

Types of Messages You Will Receive

You will receive the following types of alerts:

• Power outage notifications when power loss is detected at your monitored property
• Power restoration notifications when power is restored at your monitored property
• Temperature alerts when the temperature falls outside the range you have specified

This service is available on participating carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers. Additional carrier charges may apply.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting the word STOP to the number from which you received messages. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD DECISIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SMS ALERT SERVICE.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
